Pina Colada Trifle
This Piña Colada Trifle is a refreshing and delightful dessert that combines the flavors of a Piña Colada with layers of cake, pineapples, cream, and coconut.
Ingredients
- vanilla pound cake, sliced 
- 2 cans pineapples 
- 1/2 cup condensed milk 
- 125 g cream cheese 
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut 
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream 
Method
- In a dish, place the sliced vanilla pound cake. 
- Soak the cake with pineapple juice from 1 can of pineapples. Set aside. 
- In a food processor, add 1 drained can of pineapples, condensed milk, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup of coconut. 
- Spread 3/4 of the mixture over the soaked cake. Set the rest of the mixture aside. 
- Drain and chop the other can of pineapples. 
- Top the cream cheese mixture on the cake with 1/4 cup of coconut and half of the chopped pineapples. 
- In a bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. 
- Fold in the reserved cream cheese mixture. 
- Spread the whipped cream mixture over the layer of coconut and pineapples. 
- Top with the remaining coconut and the other half of the chopped pineapples.
